*Note: We engage outside Certified Public Accountants to annually audit the
transactions on behalf of clients for whom we manage investments or have other
fiduciary relationships, such as trustee and executor capacities. The results
of this audit are transmitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of the
United States (SEC). Further, we are audited every five years by the SEC. This
audit includes a review of transactions as well as compliance with record-keeping
and other legal requirements.
